Especially today, when we have the Internet connecting every small individual. The best websites illustrate how creativity is a voluntary, bottom up process, in which even the lowest class can and do contribute — at their own will. Tumblr, Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, Wikipedia, even 4chan. And science and engineering have their own bottom up social networking, inspiring voluntary creativity. It’s human nature to create. Nothing can stop that. The exploited classes will rise up and CREATE a new system.
